disposition of publicly helot real property, where discussion in an open
meeting would adversely affect the bargaining position or negotiating
strategy of the public body relating to purchase of right of way easements by
Appalachian Power Company for the Huntington Court Transmission Line.

a Supplemental Agreement with Norfolk Southern Railway Company to
revise a License Agreement dated June 15, 1951, for wastewater line
crossing.
