Consider adoption of an Ordinance authorizing the Town Manager to execute a Joint Powers Agreement with VML Insurance Programs and an Advice to Pay Agreement with Lincoln Financial Group pertaining to the VMLIP Paid Leave Solution Program. 2. Consider adoption of a Resolution appropriating funds in the amount of $648.12 received through the VML Insurance Programs Risk Management Safety Grant Program to the Police Department budget. 3. Consider adoption of a Resolution authorizing the transferring of funds in the amount of $6,500.00 to pay the Berkley Group for the development of a park master plan. UPDATE ON OLD BUSINESS K.
