1. Request to Convene in Closed Meeting, Pursuant to § 2.2-3711 A (1) of the 1950 Code
of Virginia, as amended, for discussion and interviews of prospective candidates for the
Chief of Police.
2. Request to Convene in Closed Meeting, Pursuant to § 2.2-3711 A (3) of the 1950 Code
of Virginia, as amended, for discussion or consideration of the acquisition of real
property for a public purpose where discussion in an open meeting would adversely
affect the bargaining position or negotiating strategy of the public body.
D. RECONVENE AND ADOPT CERTIFICATION OF CLOSED MEETING
