1. Consider adoption of a Resolution authorizing the Town Manager to file an
application for the allocation of Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT)
SMART SCALE funds for the Roundabout Project at Washington Avenue (Rt. 24)
and Bypass Road (Rt. 24). – Nathan McClung
