TOWN MANAGER ITEMS REQUIRING ACTION 1. Consider adoption of a Resolution authorizing the Town Manager to renew and execute two Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) between Roanoke County Board of Supervisors and the Vinton Town Council for providing Stormwater Management Plan Review Services and Stormwater Management Facilities Post- construction Inspection Services to the Town. BRIEFINGS 1. Update and consider approval to publish the RFP for part of the Downtown Revitalization Project for the downtown streetlights and the Washington Avenue/Pollard Street intersection. 2.
