Consider adoption of a Resolution authorizing the Town Manager to execute a Public Right-of-Way Development and Maintenance Agreement between Greenway Construction, Inc. and the Town of Vinton for access to two properties owned by Greenway Construction, Inc. – 1323 and 1325 Duke Drive, from an undeveloped public right-of-way, extending from Duke Drive along the western boundary of the two properties – Anita McMillan 3.
