TOWN MANAGER ITEMS REQUIRING ACTION 1. Consider adoption of an Ordinance approving the Town of Vinton, Virginia budget for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2015 and ending June 30, 2016. 2. Consider adoption of a Resolution to appropriate funds from the Capital Improvement Bond Series 2013 to Utility Fund Expenditure Accounts to properly record the expenditures for the June 30, 2015 ending budget.
