1. Consider adoption of a Resolution awarding a bid and authorizing the Town
Manager to execute a contract with Valley Boiler & Mechanical in the
amount of $66,115.00 to replace the water chiller at the Vinton Fire and
EMS Building.
2. Consider adoption of a Resolution transferring funds to close out the Capital
Improvement Fund (CIP).
