Consider adoption of a Resolution authorizing the Interim Town Manager and Town Clerk to execute the necessary documents, including a deed, to accept the donation of property from Precision Fabric Group. – Anita McMillan BRIEFINGS 1. Update on real estate tax assessment for Calendar Year 2016 and request to advertise a public hearing for March 15, 2016 to set the real estate tax, personal property tax and machinery and tools tax rates. – Town Manager K.
