1. Consider adoption of a Resolution setting the allocation percentage for Personal Property
Tax Relief in the Town of Vinton for the 2016 tax year. – Town Manager
2. Consider adoption of a Resolution appropriating funds in the amount of $22,028.00 and
transferring funds in the amount of $7,972.00, for a total amount of $30,000.00 for the
purchase of a replacement vehicle in the Police Department. – Chief Jeff Dudley
3. Consider adoption of a Resolution authorizing the Interim Town Manager to execute a
Performance Agreement with Old School Partners, LLC., and the Roanoke County
Economic Development Authority as part of the redevelopment of the former Roland E.

Virginia, as amended, for discussion concerning a prospective business or industry
where no previous announcement has been made of the business’ or industry’s interest in
locating or expanding its facilities in the community
