A. 7:00 p.m. - ROLL CALL AND ESTABLISHMENT OF A QUORUM
B. CLOSED MEETING
1. Request to Convene in Closed Meeting, Pursuant to § 2.2-3711 A (1) of the 1950
Code of Virginia, as amended, for assignment, appointment, promotion,
performance, demotion, salaries, disciplining, or resignation of a specific public
appointee, namely the Chief of Police.
C. RECONVENE AND ADOPT CERTIFICATION OF CLOSED MEETING
D. ADJOURNMENT
NOTICE OF INTENT TO COMPLY WITH THE AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT. Reasonable
