1. Consider Request to Accept the Dedication of a Right-of-Way for a Portion of Second Street
Adjacent to 720 Second Street
Mayor Grose called the special called meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. Following roll
call, Ms. McMillan gave a brief report on a request to accept the dedication of a right-
of-way for a portion of Second Street.
Following Ms. McMillan’s report, Mr. Nance moved to adopt proposed Resolution
No.1886 approving the request to accept the dedication of a portion of Second Street
adjacent to 720 Second Street. The motion was seconded by Mr. Altice and passed
on a unanimous roll call vote.
The Special Called Meeting adjourned at 5:10 p.m.
