With regard to the breakdown of the total budget,
the majority of the expenditures in FY23 are from
capital due to the one-time funds from American
Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) and the transfer of the
Utility Fund which is allowing us to pursue capital
projects within the next year. It is anticipated that
this posture will continue for two to three years.
Mr. Sexton next commented there is consistent
growth across all revenue

Property Taxes. We continue to see
taxes such as pari-mutuel, meals and sales taxes
to be very robust, but we are trying to account for
what the economy

The major increase in the Grant Fund comes from

a locality to be in this position. We are very
blessed with our financial circumstances coming
