1. Following the regular meeting and work session scheduled for Tuesday evening, January 5,
2010, Vinton Town Council will Convene in a Closed Meeting Pursuant to § 2.2-3711 A (1) of the
Code of Virginia, as Amended, to discuss the appointment process and prospective
candidates for an interim appointment to the Town Council

Consideration of:
NOTICE OF INTENT TO COMPLY WITH THE AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT. Reasonable efforts will
be made to provide assistance or special arrangements to qualified individuals with disabilities in order to
participate in or attend Town Council meetings. Please call (540) 983-0607 at least 48 hours prior to the meeting
date so that proper arrangements may be made.
