1. Request to Convene in Closed Meeting, Pursuant to § 2.2-3711 A (1) of the 1950
Code of Virginia, as amended, to discuss and consider the assignment, duties
and performance of the Interim Chief of Police.
C. RECONVENE AND ADOPT CERTIFICATION OF CLOSED MEETING
D. ADJOURNMENT
No other business is on the agenda for this called meeting. The Vinton Town Council
does not anticipate taking any action following the closed meeting.
