Consideration of public comments concerning the proposed amendments, transfers, and additional appropriations for the funding of the Town’s multigenerational park project, HVAC replacement, generator equipment, alley maintenance, a stormwater drainage project, furniture and fixtures, vehicle expenses, security expenses and contractual services in total amount of $1,346,400.00 in the General Fund and the Capital Fund. a.
