2020 Strategic Plan.
8:25 – 8:35 AM State of the Town in 2025 Staff overview presentation on current projects; operating and capital initiatives and trends; and
staffing levels, organization, and capacity.
8:35 – 8:45 AM Looking Ahead: Vinton’s 2050 Comprehensive Plan
Consulting team overview presentation on the key themes and initiatives of the Town’s
Comprehensive Plan.
8:45 – 9:15 AM Discussion Council members’ reflections on past, current, and future trends and initiatives.
9:15 – 9:30 AM Coffee Break
9:30 – 10:15 AM 2025 – 2030 Priorities Discussion
10:15 – 11:15 AM Resource Allocation Activity and Discussion
11:15 – 11:25 AM Coffee Break
11:25 – Noon Closing Reflections on the retreat discussions including priorities, items that were not discussed, etc.
