Call to Order—Roll Call II. Briefing 1. Proposed amendments to the Vinton Zoning Ordinance. The proposed amendments would: add a new use type of commercial kitchens and commissary kitchens to the use table in Article IV (District Regulations) and add a definition for these use types in Article XI (Definitions); and amend multiple provisions and requirements for Planned Unit Development Districts in Article IV, Division 4 (Planned Unit Development Districts).
