Consideration of public comments regarding amendment to the Vinton Zoning Ordinance: adding a new use type of commercial or commissary kitchens to the use table in Article IV (District Regulations) and adding a definition for these use types in Article XI (Definitions); and amending multiple provisions and requirements for Planned Unit Development (PUD) Districts in Article IV, Division 4 (Planned Unit Development Districts). a.
