Consider a motion to adopt a Resolution approving the 2026-2027 operating budget for the Roanoke Valley Regional Cable Television Committee in the total amount of $648,671.00. 2. Consider the adoption of a Resolution setting the allocation percentage for Personal Property Tax Relief in the Town of Vinton for the 2026 tax year. – Cody Sexton, Deputy Town Manager J.
