2. Consideration of public comments regarding the proposed Rate Changes for the
Vinton War Memorial to be effective May 19, 2026.

c. Consider adoption of a Resolution to accept the proposed rates.
3. Consideration of public comments concerning the proposed amendment and
additional appropriation to the Town of Vinton’s FY2025-2026 budget to appropriate
funding for the purchase of real property in the total amount of $260,000.00. The action
will amend revenue and expenditure lines in both the Town’s General Fund and the
Town’s Capital Fund for a total across both funds in the amount of $440,000.00.
