Action to be taken on June 2, 2026 2. Consideration of public comments regarding the proposed Rate Changes for the Vinton War Memorial to be effective May 19, 2026. a. Consider adoption of a Resolution to accept the proposed rates. 3. Consideration of public comments concerning the proposed amendment and additional appropriation to the Town of Vinton’s FY2025-2026 budget to appropriate funding for the purchase of real property in the total amount of $260,000.00. The action will amend revenue and expenditure lines in both the Town’s General Fund and the Town’s Capital Fund for a total across both funds in the amount of $440,000.00. a.
