This report reflects the work, service, and commitment our officers and professional staff bring to the Town of Vinton each and every day. Policing is about far more than responding to calls for service. It is about presence, trust, and relationships. Our officers work each day to serve this community, respond when our residents need us most, and build the relationships that strengthen trust in our profession. The strength of the Vinton Police Department is found in our people and in the community that stands beside us. We are fortunate to serve in a town that values collaboration, supports its police department, and shares in the responsibility of keeping our community safe. The strongest communities are built through partnership and shared responsibility. This past year has also been a year of continued growth and resiliency for our department. The men and women of the Vinton Police Department have remained committed to professional development, teamwork, and service while adapting to the evolving challenges of modern policing. Dear Vinton Community, I remain incredibly proud of the officers and administrative staff who represent this department. Their professionalism, integrity, and dedication to service reflect the very best of this profession. The work they perform each day, often quietly and without recognition, allows our department to continue moving forward and serving this community with pride. It is an honor to serve as Chief of Police and to lead such an outstanding group of professionals. The Vinton Police Department will continue to remain committed to our mission, to our community, and to earning the trust placed in us every day. Fabricio D. Drumond Chief of Police Fabricio D.
